Garey Godson is a 25 years old Nigerian born artist and Record producer based in Germany. In 2015 he moved to Germany in pursuit of a masters degree. On the completion of his studies, he decided to stay back for a while in order to explore the quick-paced Afro-music scene within Europe. His unique music style encapsulates several sub-genres the best way to capture his sound is Afro-Fusion, a blend of Afro-tunes with a mixture of Western influences. His most recent project titled The Lift Off is a rather reflective album in sonics but also really viby and showcases a wide array of sounds from his main producer and music partner Hkmk.

2017 his first Single Sweet Love got released with the EP ''Finding Forever''. In 2018 the albums Gift Plus Grind (8-Track Release in 27th March) and The Lift Off (11-Track Release in 25th August).

In 2018 Garey was seen performing at reputable festivals across Europe of which includes the Sputnik Spring Break Festival & opening for Germany’s fast-rising stars such as Kelvyn Colt. Godson just recently released his first Singles Day Dreaming,All I Ever and KoKo from his coming Album Still I Rise. His latest body of work is heavily inspired by Maya Angelou as It is soulful, rhythmic and promotes ideas such as resiliency, self-love, strength, and beauty within the black communities and beyond.
