Die folgende Tabelle gibt die Löslichkeit von verschiedenen Stoffen in Wasser bei einer bestimmten Temperatur und bei Atmosphärendruck an. Die Einheit der Löslichkeit für Feststoffe ist als Gramm in 100 Milliliter (g/100 mL) angegeben. Für das Lösen von Flüssigkeiten in anderen Flüssigkeiten wird mL/mL verwendet.
